What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial adviser?
To gain a better understanding and support with an increasingly volatile market. We were moving house and looking to end a fixed rate mortgage early for the right house. Along the way we also required much better cover in terms of life cover due to starting a family. We wanted the piece of mind knowing we had some good policies behind us.
How has Lloyd helped you?
Lloyd has been fantastic since day one being very thorough and good at listening to our exact requirements. He helped us secure our mortgage on our new home and explained the benefits of different deposit levels to help us figure out how much of our savings was worth putting down for balance of a good rate and comfortable payments whilst also having some money back for home improvements. He has also been outstanding in the communication department, helping when needed with relevant parties.He talked us through some very important life cover options and helped us to reach a carefully considered option that would work for us in many scenarios in supporting our new family.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely! Lloyd made the process as stress free as possible offering gentle reminders that certain milestones were approaching in the house buying process without any pressure. It was very helpful to have someone that you could rely on to guide you when things got hectic and when things could easily have been overlooked.
What could they have done better?
Nothing at all!

Looking for a mortgage advisor for buying a house for the first time
How has Lloyd helped you?
Lloyd helped me and my partner secure a mortgage for our first house, offered us tonnes of advice on what to look out for and what to avoid when it comes to making our purchase, and has helped us feel much more confident in the process. On top of this he has always remained exceptionally quick to respond to any questions we have.

I was a first time buyer looking for advice about the house buying process as well as looking for the best mortgage deals
How has Lloyd helped you?
I had communicated with few other mortgage advisors, but Lloyd was by far the most responsive so I chose to go with him. since then communication has been great and always ready to help. Every time mortgage rates came down he would be available to update my offer, even updating to a better deal few days before completion date
